Having suffered from anxiety and depression in the past, I know how valuable therapy can be. I know how hard it can be for people to seek help, and for some people it can be out of their reach due to economic circumstances.
We are relational beings. We need each other. Many clients who come to me speak of feeling disconnected and isolated, even among their work colleagues, friends, and family. It doesn’t have to be this way. Therapy can help in dealing with all the challenges that life can bring. Change is possible.
I am a lifelong socialist. I believe that everyone in society should have the same opportunities. Regrettably this will never happen within a capitalist system.

As a therapist I believe in building a good, trusting relationship of safety and confidentiality that can enable people to trust themselves to make their own decisions, enhance their self-worth and live as full a life as possible.
