Harriet Clarke

I know waiting times for counselling or therapy, lack of access to medium to long-term therapy through the NHS or voluntary provision, and the economic harm of having to pay for therapy can each be really significant barriers to accessing support. Within my availability, I can offer weekly psychotherapy at no cost to clients who are unable to pay a reduced fee. Through my own life and work, I have particular experience in being available for those experiencing disability, impairment and chronic health related distress, those engaged in significant personal relationships of care, those who have experienced harms in relation to (e.g. marginalisation in or exclusion from)  paid work, and experiencing distress in the context of learning environments (including for University students). I can be contacted on harriet.elena.clarke@gmail.com if you would like to speak with me – to see if I might be a therapist you would like to work with. Note, my fee-free slots are available to those who have low levels of ‘disposable’ income (including through having low paid work, being out of paid work, having high disability related costs).
